Contra Body Movement Position (CBMP) – Foot Position where the Moving Leg travels on or across the line of the Standing Foot
- Used to allow the maintenance of the Frame and Center Contact
- Occurs on Right Foot Tango Walk forward or Left Foot Tango Walk backwards, and Step 2 of Closed Promenade
Open Reverse Turn (Lady Inside)

- Closed Position is maintained for the entire figure
Open Reverse Turn (Lady Outside)
- Step 3 is with Outside Partner Position in CBMP
- Upper body should feel twisted on Step 3 but should not actually turn (foot in CBMP creates the twist)
