**Please note that the following Pro/Am form and payment must be delivered to Pinky Wong no later than February 24, 2023. Pinky’s office is located at #202 – 8168 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC V6P 4Z4. Payment is payable by cash or cheque addressed to UBC Dance Club c/o UBC Alma Mater Society. Online registration will not be available.**
