Registration is closed! The registration deadline was at 11:59pm, March 7th, 2025 . There will be a late entry fee of $20 for all entries received and accepted after the entry deadline. Entries will only be accepted after the entry deadline if it does not necessitate further rounds. No entries will be accepted on the day of the event unless otherwise stated.

Please note if you are competing during a session, you have a free spectator ticket for that session as well. (I.e. if you compete on Friday evening, you have a free spectator pass for Friday evening, but if you do not compete on Saturday and wish to spectate saturday’s heats then you must purchase a spectator ticket for that session)

*To qualify for UBCDC pricing, competitors must have been actively attending classes prior to January 1, 2025, or be currently attending second-semester classes with UBCDC.
**Early bird ends Feb. 2, 2025 @11:59 PM PST. O2CM will be unavailable for entries following early bird closure for 30 minutes until Feb. 3, 2025 @12:30 AM PST. Competitors entered into at least one event at the time of closure will be eligible for early bird pricing.
